Organizational Skills (4th grade through middle school)


This presentation is designed to help parents understand and respond to the organizational challenges students face each day, in and out of school.  The emphasis will be on working with your child on the art of organizing.  Tips and strategies will be shared including how to best work with the school.

 

Steven Corelis, M.A., Ed.T.

Educational Therapist

Steve taught public school for 27 years and has been an educational therapist for 15 years.  He has a private practice, helping students with learning differences uses their learning strengths to compensate for their weaknesses.

The Morrissey-Compton Educational Center, Inc. is a nonprofit, private corporation founded in 1982 by Dr. Patricia Morrissey and Dr. Carolyn Compton. Dr. John Brentar is the Executive Director. The agency provides both diagnostic and treatment services for children and adults with learning disabilities, as well as professional consultation to agencies and community organizations.

It is the mission of Morrissey-Compton Educational Center to enable children and adults with learning disabilities and other school-related difficulties to achieve their goals by providing the highest quality diagnostic and intervention services in a supportive environment.
